Not sure of what you need in regards to your health and wellness? Need more clarity on addressing your needs? A 15 min phone consultation will assist in providing you the most appropriate services or plan.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please give at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee for services. NO REFUNDS for any classes/events but can be transferred to another class or event if given a 24 hr notice.
