Ashakti Wellness & Yoga is an integrative healing ecosystem supporting the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected pathways to wellness. Our work brings together counseling and emotional support for mental health, somatic and body-based practices for trauma and chronic pain, and spiritual and energetic approaches that support meaning, balance, and inner alignment.

Healing here is layered and experiential, honoring how stress, trauma, and life experiences live not only in the mind, but in the body and energetic field. Through individual care, group experiences, wellness programs, trainings, and community offerings, Ashakti Wellness creates space for restoration, resilience, and embodied transformation—meeting you as a whole person, not a diagnosis.

• We work as a collective group of wellness professions within the practice. We also have established community relationhips with other holistic and integrative practitioners  to provide coordinated care. 

• We only work with people who are ready to change their lives for the better. We provide ample coaching and support along the way.

• Our primary goal is to empower our members to be independent, and not dependent on us.

• Our practitioners dedicate hours every week preparing for cases and reading the latest scientific research to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
