A 4-Week Psychoeducational & Reflective Workshop

Green Group is a psychoeducational workshop designed to support individuals in developing a more informed, intentional, and self-aware relationship with cannabis. This 4-week experience blends evidence-based mental health education with reflective practices, offering a grounded space to explore both the benefits and risks of cannabis use across the body and mind.

Participants will be guided through the historical, biological, and psychological dimensions of cannabis, while engaging in personal reflection, group discussion, and experiential activities. The workshop centers harm reduction, recognizing that individuals exist along a spectrum of use, and prioritizes safety, autonomy, and informed decision-making rather than abstinence-only approaches.
