Healing is not a single‑path journey. It’s layered, personal, and deeply human. Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of learning under my clinical supervisor, Asha, since October 2023—an experience that has profoundly shaped the way I show up as a healer and therapist. Her mentorship has taught me how to ethically and intentionally weave holistic modalities with traditional therapeutic frameworks, creating a grounded, clinically sound approach to whole‑self healing. Much of what I share in this interview reflects the integration, clarity, and embodied understanding I’ve gained through that ongoing training.
In this new interview with Golden Light Collective, I share how I integrate psychotherapy, psychotherapeutic Reiki, mindfulness, and whole‑self healing into my work—and why this approach matters for anyone seeking grounded, accessible mental health support. If you’re curious about integrative therapy, energy‑informed healing, or practical tools for emotional regulation, this conversation offers a clear and compassionate entry point.

I also hold a special commitment to supporting aviation professionals—flight attendants, pilots, gate agents, and ground crew—because of my own lived experience as a regional flight attendant. I understand the unique stressors, emotional labor, and nervous‑system demands of aviation work, and I speak briefly about this in the interview. My integrative approach is especially supportive for those navigating irregular schedules, chronic fatigue, high‑stress environments, and the emotional complexity of service‑based roles.
Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or deepening it, you’ll find something here that meets you where you are.
