About The Event
Elemental Yoga is a practice that incorporates the principles of yin and yang, as well as the elements of nature, to create a balanced and holistic experience. This series includes AM Yoga to activate and PM Yoga to restore, which aligns with the natural rhythms of the day.

AM Yoga/Yang with Shay, also known as morning yoga, is designed to energize and awaken the body and mind. It typically includes dynamic and invigorating sequences, focusing on strength, flexibility, and breathwork. AM Yoga helps to activate the body, increase circulation, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
PM Yoga/Yin with Asha, or evening yoga, is designed to promote relaxation, release tension, and restore the body and mind after a busy day. It typically includes gentle and restorative poses, deep stretching, and relaxation techniques. PM Yoga helps to calm the nervous system, release stress and tension, and prepare the body for restful sleep.
By combining both AM and PM Yoga in the Elemental Yoga class, participants can experience the benefits of both energizing and restorative practices. This approach allows for a balanced and well-rounded practice that honors the different needs of the body and mind throughout the day.
