Healing Inside-Out Trauma Yoga Program (7-Week Virtual Series)
Join us for a transformative 7-week virtual program designed to support trauma recovery through somatic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. This trauma-informed yoga series helps reconnect you with your body, release stored emotional pain, and restore inner balance in a safe and supportive space.
This program provides a safe place for survivors to become re-connected with bodies. Those who have experienced any type of trauma would benefit from this program. The Healing Inside & Out program helps those who have experienced trauma become grounded in the present moment, and explore the benefits of mindfulness, breath, and movement in a guided trauma informed practice.
Each class/group will explore the deeper meaning behind strength and pain, and allow survivors to build a community in a safe, supported, and peaceful environment for all levels.
