This retreat is for WOMEN OF COLOR to come and RESTORE & RENEW in the plush landscape of COSTA RICA! This is a great time to disconnect and reconnect with SELF! This experience is a chance to go inward to explore the UNAPOLOGETIC YOU! Being in nature is a great way to connect with your purpose and WHO YOU ARE!

This retreat will be held at the The Brown Girl Yoga Tribe Sanctuary  in Costa Rica hosted by Ashakti Wellness & Yoga PLLC.

This retreat is designed to support each individual to transform their lives to uncover their greatest potential. The potential that already resides inside. Our job is to uncover the layers that are blocking us from reaching our UNLIMITED POTENTIAL! We will provide you with tools to assist in this process such as yoga, meditation, walks in nature and HIGH VIBATIONAL FOOD.

ACCOMMODATIONS & FOOD:

Enjoy 7 days/6 nights in the beautiful greens of the  Costa Rican rain forest. This trip will include room/board (shared room lodging/ Single beds- 3 to a room); transportation (not flight) to and from the retreat facility and to activities,; workshops; daily yoga;  healing ceremonies and integration circles. Plan to renew and restore with sacred ceremonies utilizing spirit plant medicine.

This retreat will have food provided by a local chef prepared to tantalize your tastebuds. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Light snacks.

Spa Day Activities :

Spa activities include massages, Yoni Steams,  facials , sauna sessions ( in portable sauna), trip to the hot springs with the healing clay, time in the self-care room, foot steam massage, accupressure mats, massage chair, plus more !

PLANT MEDICINE HEALING CEREMONIES:

You will have the option to partake in the Healing Ceremonies utilizing beautiful sacred plants. 

Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Priestess /Medicine Woman Aja (Karen Bonner) and Priestess Shala (Asha Sims) are transcending and facilitate in the RENEWAL of your mind, body and spirit.  Each ceremony will provide a place for you to find the path to you! High vibrational  plant medicines will unlock stagnant energies, as well as negative energy.

We will have  three different ceremonies:

• Cacao Heart Opening Ceremony- ( CACAO )
• Release Circle & Yoga
• Healing & Release  Ceremony

Plants used  in assisting in creating clarity and an overall sense of well being include:

•   Sananga: Eye Drops : Creates visual clarity
•   Hape or Rapeh: Cleanses toxins from the brain & sinus cavity; also removes negative dense energy
•   Cacao : Nurturing heart opener, creates forgiveness of self and others

WORKSHOPS:

There will be self-empowerment workshops and interactive activities that promote self- awareness and community healing. These workshops will be provided by powerful women who have walked their journey to provide motivation, inspiration, and transformation in their work and their own lives.

TRAVEL DETAILS:

Traveling to this region requires flying into  Juan Santamarie International Airport. To make things easier, you will have a COMPLIMENTARY TRAVEL AGENT ARRANGEMENT to assist with flight arrangments upon registration. This information will be provided for the person who reserves a space for this retreat.

VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR COSTA RICA

UPON REGISTRATION A TENTATIVE SCHEDULE WILL BE SENT.

 A COVID19 negative test less than 72 hrs from the exact time of your departure is currently required to enter Costa Rica and the USA. Departure from Costa Rica COVID testing will be arranged for you.  You will need to arrange your own COVID test prior to leaving the United States.
