Rise & Restore is a monthly Reiki Circle hosted by the Reiki Practitioners of Ashakti Wellness & Yoga PLLC. Designed as a sanctuary for energetic rest and renewal, this gathering offers guided grounding, reflective practices, and gentle Reiki healing in a supportive community setting.
