A 4‑Session October Gathering for those rebuilding after experiences that disrupted their sense of safety
Rooted & Radiant is a trauma‑informed October series created to support emotional reset, nervous system grounding, and reconnection with self. Offered during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, this program provides a safe, inclusive space for those rebuilding after experiences that disrupted their sense of safety.
Across four intentional sessions, we move through a progression of themes that support whole‑body healing. Each week blends somatic practices, sound healing, reflective integration, and heart‑centered ritual. You will be guided through gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding exercises that help you reconnect with your inner truth and cultivate steadiness within your body.
The series begins with foundational grounding and emotional regulation, then moves into heart‑centered healing and relational repair. From there, we explore clarity, voice, and intuitive alignment. We close with a sacred integration…
