Rooted & Radiant: A Somatic Series for Women A 3-Session Winter Gathering for Women & Femme-Identifying Folks
Join us for a sacred winter series designed to support emotional reset, energetic grounding, and spiritual connection. Each Sunday session blends trauma-informed movement, sound healing, and guided reflection — all held in a warm, inclusive space for women of all walks.
Whether you're reconnecting with your body after a season of caregiving, navigating transition, or deepening your spiritual practice, this series invites you to come home to your breath, body, and inner knowing.
