This retreat is for those seeking to learn more about the feminine divine as well as connecting with your sensuality and sexuality. The 2023 Sacred Sexuality Retreat takes place in the plush landscape of Jamaica! This is a great time to disconnect and reconnect with SELF and embrace the SENSUAL side that resides in you! This experience is a chance to go inward to explore  the dark shadow side of your sexuality as well as embrace your own sensuality. We will explore the healing benefits of sensuality and sexual wellness.

This retreat will be held at Discovery Bay, Jamaica  hosted by Ashakti Wellness & Yoga PLLC.

ARE YOU READY TO CONNECT TO YOUR SENSUAL SIDE?

This retreat is designed to support each individual to transform their inner sensual fire! It will be a small intimate group of divine 6.  We will have workshops on sexual health, intimincy, boundaries & communication as well as  yoga practices,  body massages and tantric sessions. You will lock into the potential that already resides inside. Our job is to uncover the layers that are blocking us from reaching our UNLIMITED POTENTIAL and SENSUAL PLEASURE . We will provide you with tools to assist in this process such as yoga, meditation, walks in nature and HIGH VIBATIONAL FOOD .

ACCOMMODATIONS & FOOD:

Enjoy 5 days/4 nights in the beautiful surroundings of Jamaica  with this house overlooking the hills and views of the ocean.  This home includes its own private pool to relax and restore by. This trip will include room/board (shared room lodging/( one room lodging); transportation (not flight) to and from the retreat and to activities.  Plan to renew and restore with sacred ceremonies utilizing spirit plant medicine.

LODGING WILL BE GROUP LODGING- NO INDIVIDUAL ROOMS 

The house is a large house and plenty of space for individual time and privacy.  (However, If you do not like sharing lodging space..... THIS MAY NOT BE THE RETREAT FOR YOU!)

This retreat will have meals included and  provided by a local chef prepared to tantalize your tastebuds. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Light snacks.

PLANT MEDICINE HEALING CEREMONIES:

You will have the option to partake in the Healing Ceremonies utilizing beautiful sacred plants. 

Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Priestess Shala (Asha Sims)  and Amor Amenkum will transcend and facilitate  the RENEWAL of your mind, body and spirit.  Each ceremony will provide a place for you to find the path to you! High vibrational  plant medicines will unlock stagnant energies, as well as negative energy.

We will have  three different ceremonies:

• Cacao Heart Opening Ceremony- ( CACAO )
• Canna Ceremony & Escatic Dance
• Healing & Release  Ceremony

Plants used  in assisting in creating clarity and an overall sense of well being include

•   Hape or Rapeh: Cleanses toxins from the brain & sinus cavity; also removes negative dense energy
•   Cacao : Nurturing heart opener, creates forgiveness of self and others

WORKSHOPS:

There will be  workshops and interactive activities that promote self- awareness , sensuality, sexual health and sensual awareness. These workshops will be provided by powerful practitioners who have walked their journey to provide motivation, inspiration, and transformation in their work and their own lives.

Self Love Workshops by local Island Facilitator- Mojiba the Self-Love Goddess which includes Inner Therapy/Meditation, Water Baths, and Sensual Dance.

Meet the Presenters:

Asha Sims, Licensed Therapist aka Priestess Shala 

Asha W. Sims is a Therapist, Holistic Wellness Practitioner,  Sensual Arts Educator, Energy Work and Yogi. She believes in promoting overall wellness and sexual health with women through the prevention and education of total holistic care. The maintenance of an aligned soul, body, and spirit is the key to healing. Asha is skilled in assisting with resolving trauma and PTSD. Other areas of her work include smoking cessation, weight loss, stress/anxiety, women & sexual health, intimacy, and relationship issues as well as a Feminine Awareness Coach.  Asha W. Sims' background in Chakra Therapy allows her to provide a grounded approach. The focus is the integration and balancing of core energy centers that affects development, growth, and mental health.

Goddess Mojiba

Mojiba Ase, Celestial One is a born Jamaican, Rastafarian Self Love Ambassador. Abouy 17 years ago she tapped into her callings as a Spiritual Guide, Numerologist, Intuitive Healer, Write & Heal therapist, High Poetess, Creativeprenuer. A passionate Self Love Guru.
