Join Spencer Scorsone, Graduate Intern, Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Master hold this virtual workshop on Friday, 1/14 from 7-9PM. You can expect to leave the webinar with new information about Cacao and Cacao preparation and use.
Included in the workshop is the following:
- History and background of cacao
- Nutritional benefits of cacao
- Description of how and when to use cacao
- A guided video description on how to prepare a ceremonial dose of cacao
- Recipe card that will be emailed to you after registering as well as recommended ethical cacao brands
