Participants will explore optimal levels professional development by examining personal self (i.e. distinctive personality strengths and stressors) as well as that of colleagues & clients for effective communication in addition to relationship and team building. The copyrighted True Colors personality self-report assessment will be shared. Results will be discussed and interpreted. This information will also be used for the formulation of coherent professional identity, wellness plans for clients, and self care needs.
