Welcome to the Healing Inside & Out Community

This private group is a supportive space for participants in the Healing Inside & Out Trauma Yoga Program to stay connected, receive updates, and share reflections throughout the 7‑week journey. Our intention is to create a gentle, grounded environment where you can check in, ask questions, and feel supported between sessions.

Healing Inside & Out is a somatic‑based program, which means the practices we explore may bring forward emotions, sensations, or internal shifts. Because of this, we encourage everyone in this group to remain connected with their therapist or supportive provider throughout the program. This group is not a therapy space, but a place to stay informed, feel accompanied, and build community as you move through the curriculum.

We’re glad you’re here, and we look forward to walking alongside you as you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.

Respect one another

Everyone has a different point of view so feel free to respectfully disagree. Please be kind and courteous at all times.

Respectful Communication

Speak to one another with care. Honor differences in experience, identity, and perspective. No judgment, criticism, or harmful language.

No Advice‑Giving

You’re welcome to share your own experiences, but please avoid giving direct advice or interpreting someone else’s process. Support looks like listening, validating, and offering presence

No Crisis Support

This group is not a crisis or therapy space. If you are struggling or feeling overwhelmed, please reach out to your therapist or supportive provider. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

No Sales, Promotions, or Solicitation

This space is for connection and support only. Please do not promote services, events, or products. (Unless you have admin/facilitator permission)

Honor Your Pace

You are never required to share. Participate in ways that feel supportive for you—reading, reacting, or simply being present are all welcome.

Kindness First

Assume good intentions, offer compassion, and remember that everyone here is navigating their own healing journey.
