Service Description
Our Comprehensive Health Consolations are provided by a Physician Assistant, consists of a 1 hour Follow Up Consultations for adults and children. The consultation will follow up with session to assess and develop an integrative and personalized plan . This session will include a more detailed AO Scanner Comprehensive Report if needed. THIS SESSION WILL NOT DIAGNOSE , TREAT, OR PROVIDE PRESCRIPTIONS. It is solely an assessment to provide recommendations on treatment protocols , promoting advocacy, and assisting clients on their integrative health journey with their primary care doctor.
Cancellation Policy
Service must be paid in full within 24 hours of service For cancellations please give at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee for services. NO REFUNDS for any classes/events but can be transferred to another class or event if given a 24 hr notice.
