Service Description

Our Comprehensive Health Consolations are provided by a Physician Assistant, offering 1 1/2 hour Integrative Medical Wellness Consultations for adults and children. The consultation will provide an integrative medical approach and a personalized plan for incorporating integrative and holistic modalities into your healthcare. This session will include an AO Scanner Vital Report. Some of the benefits you can expect with the AO Body Scan Safe and Non-invasive comprehensive scan Simple method of measuring the health state of the entire body Detailed visual health status of the organs, systems and tissues of the body. Can identify future health issues early for preventative care A 24-page report clearly defining areas that need to be addressed to optimize your health . This assessment will also include an overview of overall Health Assessment- Medical Hx, Family Health Issues, and Current Medical Issues. THIS SESSION WILL NOT DIAGNOSE , TREAT, OR PROVIDE PRESCRIPTIONS. It is solely an assessment to provide recommendations on treatment protocols , promoting advocacy, and assisting clients on their integrative health journey with their primary care doctor. What conditions can we help with? Health problems that make it hard to function, such as: back pain neck pain inflammatory or autoimmune conditions joint pain Chronic pain conditions such as: fibromyalgia irritable bowel syndrome migraines and headaches Medical conditions that come with mental health problems, such as: anxiety depression post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) insomnia chronic fatigue This assessment can assist in identifying the best health goals such as: more complete nutrition improved athletic performance improved emotional wellbeing cognitive function healthy aging During your initial consultation, your health concerns will be heard, gain more knowledge about your overall health, and recieve a personalized integrative treatment plan to guide your care. Your integrative treatment plan will include recommendations modalities are best for you, when you should receive treatment and for how long, and expected benefits. A Follow-up consultations will monitor your progress, address any new health concerns, and modify your integrative treatment plan for your current health needs. *******This session will also include review of lab works that is required from your primary care doctor or a lab.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please give at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee for services. NO REFUNDS for any classes/events but can be transferred to another class or event if given a 24 hr notice.
