Service Description

This is a 30-minute consultation designed to help clients identify their current needs, clarify their goals, and determine whether the EMBODIED Reset Container is the right fit. This session includes a brief somatic check-in, a brief dive into into current patterns contributing to dysregulation, and space to explore what they're seeking support with. Clients will receive initial guidance, next-step recommendations, and a clear understanding of which tier will support their healing. Three Tiers to Choose From Embodied Reset — $1,111 8 Sessions A 6-week somatic healing container designed to support nervous system regulation, body reconnection, and grounded self-trust. Includes private sessions, breathwork, chakra alignment, and personalized integration support. Embodied Reset Plus — $1,444 9 Sessions An enhanced somatic healing container for deeper transformation. Includes everything in Embodied Reset plus one 90-minute deep dive session and extended support between sessions. Embodied Reset Immersion — $1,888 12 Sessions A premium, high-touch somatic healing experience for clients seeking immersive support. Includes everything in Embodied Reset Plus, two 90-minute deep dive sessions, priority scheduling, additional grounding audios, and a post-program integration session. If client's choose to enroll, the $33 consultation fee is deducted from the plan price (i.e. Tier 1 is reduced to $1078)
